Eligibility:
The successful candidate will hold an MSc in Computer Science, Telematics or comparable field and will have an interest and demonstrated abilities in some or all of the following: Knowledge Based Systems, (Clinical) Decision Support, mobile applications, eHealth/mHealth, medical informatics, distributed systems, modeling, (formal) verification and validation, decision theory.
College Scholarships Open for International Students: No
College Scholarships Description: The two PhDs will collaborate together and with PhDs from other partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English and the ability to perform research work in an international multidisciplinary team are essential. You will be expected to undertake international travel to participate in project meetings, conferences etc. PhD Position 2: Clinical Decision Support for the mobile patient The goal of this PhD project is to investigate, design, develop and evaluate generic mechanisms for implementing evidence-based Clinical Decision Support (CDS) on a mobile platform in the context of a larger distributed system.
